Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver's Licence (License).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments and service windows and doors based on installation or manufacturing needs.
• Ensure proper installation process and functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair products.
• Complete warranty paperwork promptly.
