Job summary

Famous Supply is a wholesale distributor serving contractors, builders and remodelers in HVAC, Plumbing, Building Products, Lighting, and Industrial/PVF segments. The role focuses on preparing bids from blueprint takeoffs and coordinating large purchases with OSRs and vendors.

You will work alongside project managers and warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt of products and accurate purchase orders, maintaining an organized workflow for optimal customer service and delivery logistics.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics is needed.
• Willing to learn our product.

Responsibilities

• Complete window and/or door bids generated from blueprint takeoffs for customers.
• Coordinate large purchases with OSR and vendors.
• Work with managers and warehouse personnel to prepare for receipt of product and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and OSRs to complete bids and purchase orders.
• Maintain an organized process to balance customer needs and delivery logistics.
