Job summary

Shine of Tysons is seeking an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. No experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training, a company vehicle, and all necessary equipment to help you succeed.

Each day you’ll visit homes or businesses in the region, work with a partner, and focus on delivering high-quality window cleaning services while upholding Shine’s values of excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must like working with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive to customers’ homes or businesses in the Shine vehicle and perform the required services.
• Meet customers to ensure satisfaction with the day’s work.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.

Window Cleaning Technician Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
