Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is hiring for an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician. No experience is required, and paid training is provided. You will travel in a Shine vehicle to customer sites with a teammate and perform window cleaning services tailored to each job.

The role offers hourly pay of $19–$23, potential commissions/bonuses, paid vacations/holidays, and a supportive team culture. Training and all equipment are provided, along with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team each day to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive in Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with a teammate and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure we’re meeting expectations on the job that day.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap the day.

Window Cleaning Technician Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
