Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is seeking an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician in Texas (Midlothian) with no prior experience required. Starting pay between $15 and $20 per hour, with potential commissions and bonuses.

We provide free uniforms, paid training, company vehicles, and all necessary equipment, plus paid time off and holidays. You’ll join a team-focused culture, meet customers, drive between homes or businesses in the Shine vehicle, perform services as directed, and finish each day back

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) and perform our services for that customer.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
