Job summary

Shine is seeking an entry-level Technician - Window Cleaning & Holiday Lighting to join our team. You’ll meet with the team, drive the Shine vehicle to homes or businesses, perform requested services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You don’t need prior experience; we provide training, uniforms, latest equipment, and a supportive, team-focused Shine culture that values light, care, excellence, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have strong work ethic.
• Must like to have fun!
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with team to understand daily plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to locations and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
• End day at Shine office to recap.

This is an entry-level position! No experience is necessary!

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform requested services.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
