Job summary

Shine of Tysons is seeking an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician in Fort Lauderdale. No experience required; we'll train you, provide uniforms and all equipment, and support a team-focused culture.

You’ll ride in a Shine vehicle with a teammate to job sites, perform window cleaning and related services, and return to the office to recap the day. Starting pay is $16–$23 per hour with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people and be reliable
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds
• Must not be afraid of heights and be comfortable working outdoors

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team daily to understand the plan
• Drive in Shine vehicle to homes or businesses with a teammate
• Perform window cleaning and related services per customer needs
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and end the day at the Shine office

Window Cleaning Technician Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
