Shine Window Care is hiring for field-based roles in Georgia. You will drive Shine vehicles to customer locations and perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related services, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications
- Must be good with people.
- Must be highly detail oriented.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Must want to work in a leadership capacity.
Responsabilités
- Drive Shine vehicles to customer locations and perform our services.
- Coordinate with team and alert customers on route to jobs.
- Meet customers in person to ensure satisfaction during the job.
- Suggest additional services when appropriate.
- Complete post-job inspection and process customer payments.
- Return to Shine office to recap day and prepare for next shift.
