Shine of Tysons in Hicksville is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician. In this role, you will work with a team to provide window cleaning services to various clients. You'll receive paid training, all necessary equipment, and a vehicle for work.

The position offers a starting pay of $18-20 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through tips and bonuses. If you're motivated, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors, Shine will provide the support you need.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive to customers’ homes or businesses to perform services.
• Ensure we meet customer expectations.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.

Window Cleaning Technician Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
