Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive Shine vehicles to perform services at customer locations.
• Call upcoming customers on your way to the job.
• Meet customers to ensure satisfaction before starting work.
• Suggest additional services based on customer needs.
• Complete post-job inspections and collect payments.
• Recap the day back at the Shine office.
