Shine Window Cleaning in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Window Cleaning Crew Leader to guide daily operations, drive a Shine vehicle, and perform customer-specific window cleaning tasks. You’ll coordinate with teammates to meet client needs and maintain high-quality service.

You’ll start with a competitive hourly wage of $17–$22, with potential commissions, paid training, and provided equipment and vehicle support. Shine emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Must want to work in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Meet the team each morning to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customer locations with another team member and perform services as needed.
• Call upcoming customers to let them know you’re on the way.
• Meet customers in person before starting work to ensure expectations.
• Suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Complete post-job inspection and review work with the customer.
• Process payments via mobile payment technology.
• Return to Shine office to recap the day and prep for next day.
