Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is hiring an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will work with a partner, travel to homes or businesses, perform window cleaning tasks, and help deliver high-quality service to our customers.

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, uniforms, equipment, and the support of a team-focused culture. Starting pay is $16-$20 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) and perform services for that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
