• Drive Shine vehicle to customers' homes or businesses, often with another crew member, and perform services tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Call upcoming customers on the way to alert them you are en route.
• Meet customers face‑to‑face (if they are home) before work starts to confirm expectations.
• Inspect the job and suggest additional services if appropriate.
• After completion, perform a post‑job inspection and meet the customer again to review the work.
• Accept and process payment using mobile payment technology.
• End the day at Shine office to recap and ensure the vehicle is ready for the next day.
