Shine of Tysons in Goodlettsville is seeking a Window Cleaning Crew Leader to manage daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes meeting customers, performing inspections, and leading a small team. Candidates must be comfortable with heights and possess reliable transportation.

Starting salary ranges from $17 to $22 per hour with potential for commissions and bonuses. Additional benefits include paid vacation, uniforms, and full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Meet the team each morning to discuss the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers' homes and perform services.
• Call upcoming customers to alert them of arrival.
• Meet customers to confirm expectations.
• Inspect the job and suggest additional services.
• Perform a post-job inspection and meet customers.
• Accept and process payment using mobile payment technology.
• End the day at Shine office to recap.
