About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Cleaning and Caulking Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying sealants to windows and building exteriors on both low-rise and high-rise structures, as well as performing professional window cleaning services. This role requires working at heights, ensuring proper weatherproofing, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

What You Will Do:

• Apply caulking and sealants to windows, curtain walls, and building exteriors.
• Perform window cleaning on low-rise and high-rise buildings, ensuring a streak-free finish.
• Work at various heights using appropriate safety equipment.
• Inspect and prepare surfaces before application, ensuring proper adhesion.
• Operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and swing stages as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of harnesses and fall protection.
• Perform quality checks to ensure durability, proper sealing, and cleanliness.
• Remove old or failing caulking and replace it with new materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.

What You Will Need:

• Previous experience in caulking, waterproofing, or construction preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license with 3 years of driving history.
• Comfortable working at heights, with experience using swing stages and lifts.
• Knowledge of different sealant types and their applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications.
• Valid Working at Heights Certification and other safety training (or willingness to obtain).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods as required by operational needs.
• Capability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity for handling tools, documents, and computer systems.
• Ability to safely navigate work environments, including office spaces, client sites, and outdoor areas.

Safety Requirements:

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety training.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

Compensation for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 hourly, depending on experience,
