Compensation Range: $18.29 - $22.00

Location: 4255 W COLFAX AVE, DENVER, Colorado, 80204

The Alamo Bar Crew are masters of mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beer (local and craft heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater while prioritizing safety. They are excellent multi-taskers, capable of working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold standards of behavior aligned with company values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain the highest safety standards, follow protocols to ensure health and safety of teams and guests, and stay knowledgeable about all Alamo policies.
• Prepare guest drink tickets based on operational processes, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Use tools such as jiggers, measures, spoons, shakers, and others as required by protocols.
• Communicate needs, concerns, and important points regularly with teammates and managers.
• Clean, prep, organize, and maintain the bar areas as needed.
• Support food and beverage delivery as required by business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active alcohol certification with the relevant state agency.
• Active food handler certification with the relevant state agency.
• Being a cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Operate in dimly lit and sometimes loud environments with caution.
