Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the day.

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to follow safety instructions, production procedures, and supervisor direction.
• Basic English comprehension (safety, instructions, signage).

Responsibilities

• Work on the assembly line building window components
• Use hand tools and equipment (training provided)
• Load/unload materials or assist with product movement
• Perform quality checks and follow production standards
• Maintain work area safety and cleanliness
• Support general shop tasks as needed
