Job summary

Vinyl Kraft Windows seeks a General Laborer to support the Production team in manufacturing vinyl windows and doors. You will assist in manufacturing stages, move materials, and ensure workstations stay organized and safe to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to a team focused on quality. On-the-job training is provided and safety procedures are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or general labor is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools is beneficial.
• Strong work ethic and a dependable attendance record.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various stages of the window and door manufacturing process as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Handle and move materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, following all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
• Perform quality checks on components and finished products to ensure they meet Vinyl Kraft’s standards.
• Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.
