Bay Converting Inc. is hiring a Window Assembler to fabricate and assemble windows to specifications. The role involves using shapers, routers, sanders, gluing equipment, and a range of hand and power tools on the production floor.

The successful candidate will assemble windows per blueprints, ensure finished products meet quality standards, and promptly report any mechanical or production issues. Safety, organization, and reliable performance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with industrial equipment preferred.
• Experience with window assembly or similar manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows according to specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize tools such as shapers, routers, sanders, gluing equipment, and general hand and power tools.
• Pack finished product and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Report to management any mechanical or production issues immediately.
• Follow all safety policies and protocols while performing job duties.
• Maintain order and tidiness in the work area.
• Perform other functions as needed and assigned.
