Job Summary

The Installation Supervisor supports daily installation operations by leading the installation team, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and resolving on-site issues. This role promotes safe, efficient installations, provides employee guidance and training, and ensures company standards and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Field Operations

Work alongside the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely.

• Supervise and guide team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
• Provide hands‑on support with installation tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and job specifications.

Training & Team Development

Oversee the training and development of new and existing installation team members.

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

• Respond promptly to customer needs and ensure all commitments are met.
• Resolve on‑site issues professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Scheduling & Coordination

Schedule projects and coordinate installation timelines to meet deadlines.

• Communicate schedule changes effectively and adjust plans as necessary.
• Ensure proper coverage of responsibilities during team member absences.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

Monitor work quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, products, and services.
• Promote efficiency and continuous improvement across all installation activities.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with the ability to resolve on‑site issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate projects effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
• Ability to work in moderate to noisy environments.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to frequently walk throughout various work areas.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts.
