Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and multi-task.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Self-motivated with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, document and communicate all findings during the rewind process
• Test winding condition according to EASA standards
• Dismantle and/or strip damaged or unserviceable equipment
• Prepare reusable parts for rewind and inspect renewed parts for hidden, structural damage or unusual conditions
• Observe proper insulating techniques and/or requirements during rewinding
• Administer required daily maintenance on assigned lines
• Identify and solve problems in fabrication process without compromising quality of product
