Integrated Power Services is seeking a skilled Winder to rewind AC/DC motors and related electromechanical equipment at our Medley, FL facility. The role involves removing windings, inspecting damage, manufacturing new coils, winding processes, and voltage testing to ensure reliable operation.

You will document data, prepare reusable parts, and perform tests per EASA standards, with safety and quality at the forefront. A strong mechanical aptitude and many years in winding are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience rewinding AC and DC electric motors.
• Ability to read/interpret instructions and perform basic math.
• Familiarity with winding inspection and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Dismantle and strip damaged equipment and inspect for damage.
• Document data on electromagnetic characteristics and conditions.
• Prepare reusable parts and inspect renewed parts for issues.
• Test rewound equipment to applicable standards and record results.
