Integrated Power Services is seeking a skilled Winder to join our team in a hands-on, on-site capacity. You will rewind AC and DC motors, dismantle damaged equipment, inspect windings, and document test data to ensure reliability.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer-focused service as part of a growing North American operations team. Strong math and reading skills support accurate data handling and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in rewinding AC and DC electric motors.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written and verbal instructions; basic math.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow operational guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Dismantle and/or strip damaged equipment, including media blasting.
• Inspect equipment for winding damage and electrical malfunctions.
• Document all relevant data about electromagnetic characteristics and operating conditions.
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect renewed parts for hidden damage.
• Strip stator or apparatus without damaging core.
• Test rewound equipment according to EASA Standards and document results.
