Valdese Weavers seeks a Winder Attendant for the 2nd shift to support winders in achieving higher production. The role involves moving yarn, labeling, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries. This ESOP company emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced textile environment.

The position offers a shift premium of $1.00 over base pay and a $50 attendance bonus every two weeks with no time missed during those periods.

Qualificações

• Good communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to discern colors and shades.
• Ability to operate powered equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist winders to meet deadlines and production quotas.
• Move yarn between departments and manage winding staging.
• Dispatch yarn to winding machines based on priorities.
• Label and release dye lots and cone labels for approved yarn lots.
• Audit waste accordingly and maintain winder productivity.
• Manage empty bin replenishments and ensure clean work areas.
• Support safety practices and adhere to ISO 9001 procedures.
