Job summary

Valdese Weavers, a long-standing, ESOP-owned textile producer, seeks reliable workers for 2nd and 3rd shift. You will monitor production lines, perform SAP entries, and maintain safe operations. A shift premium applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts along with a biweekly attendance bonus for perfect timekeeping.

Applicants should be able to pass color discernment tests and operate PIT equipment. Flexibility to work six to seven days per week when scheduled, strong reading and math skills, and commitment

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Color discernment must be passable.
• Willingness to work six to seven days per week when scheduled.
• Must have a license to operate PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and ISO 9001 work instructions.
• Maintain attendance to meet company goals.
• Work ethic: meet deadlines and production quotas, cooperate with coworkers.
• Perform duties in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Handle overtime as scheduled and ensure proper SAP transactions.
