2nd Shift hours are from 3 PM-11 PM. Ritz offers a shift differential of an additional $0.59 per hour for 2nd shift on top of your regular base rate. Training will take place during 3rd shift hours, which are from 11 PM-7 AM, Sunday-Thursday.
Operate winding machine per Engineering specification.
Working conditions are consistent with that of a manufacturing environment: loud, high-heat, and fast-paced. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds and strict adherence to PPE protocols. Equipment operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses and steel toe shoes, loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. Hair that touches the shoulders must be pinned up so as not to touch the shoulder.
