Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Winder Operator for our Greenville, WI manufacturing client. You will join the production team, set up winding machines, monitor dimensions, and support smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience or training, and a careful, team-oriented work ethic. Evening shift runs 3:00pm to 1:00am with safety training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and work safely with others.

Responsibilities

• Review job orders to determine appropriate equipment and materials needed.
• Set up and operate winding machines, adjusting angles, tension, and adhesive application.
• Verify outer diameter and core thickness, documenting measurements hourly.
• Operate tube saws, ensuring proper cuts and safety measures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and perform routine maintenance.
