Job summary

Lyntris seeks a Windchill Engineer to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Windchill PLM solutions for DoD customers. You will lead data migration, architecture, and integrations across Windchill and ThingWorx, with a small team of resources.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in Windchill development, architecture, and data migration, plus strong SQL, Java/J2EE, and knowledge of Windchill modules. U.S. citizenship and active clearance or ability to obtain required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years working with Windchill PLM & ThingWorx Navigate.
• Experience on Windchill v1+2 and ThingWorx v9+.
• Strong SQL scripting and Windchill database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to customer SMEs and end users.
• Lead solution architecture, development, and implementation across Windchill and ThingWorx.
• Design and develop Windchill solutions, workflows, lifecycles, and reports.
• Support and optimize data migration projects using Windchill tools.
• Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems and ensure data flow.
• Analyze and cleanse data to meet business requirements.
• Perform comprehensive testing (unit, integration, system).
• Develop technical documentation for solutions and migrations.
• Provide training and support on Windchill/ThingWorx.
• Stay current with Windchill developments and DoD policies.
• Manage a small technical team.
