The Windchill Infrastructure & System Administrator role supports Windchill, ThingWorx, and related components in cloud or on-prem environments, ensuring performance, security, and scalable operations. The ideal candidate will have Windchill expertise, AWS certifications, and the ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently hold or able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Currently hold PTC certifications for Windchill.
• Currently hold relevant AWS certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Windchill PLM & ThingWorx Navigate (installations, patching, upgrades, rehosts).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS hosting Windchill.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Confirm infrastructure setup and implement optimizations for performance, scalability, and cost savings.
• Design, develop, and maintain a Windchill & ThingWorx Navigate image for developers.
• Install, upgrade Windchill, apply security updates, and perform rehosts for production and non-production environments.
• Develop technical documentation for environment infrastructure and stay current with Windchill and AWS best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other Engineering discipline
