Job summary

Lyntris, a defense technology company, seeks a Windchill Engineer to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Windchill PLM solutions and integrations for DoD customers. You will lead a small technical team and collaborate across Windchill and ThingWorx platforms, focusing on data migration, workflows, and system integrations.

Requirements include active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain), Windchill/ThingWorx expertise, 5–8 years of related experience, and a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain one).
• PTC Windchill certifications required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customer SMEs and end-user community.
• Lead solution architecture, development, and implementation across Windchill and ThingWorx platforms.
• Design and develop custom Windchill solutions, including actions models, workflows, lifecycles, reports and OIRs.
• Support and optimize data migration projects using Windchill Bulk Migrator and related tools.
• Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow.
• Analyze and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
• Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, system).
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Windchill solutions and data migration.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Windchill/ThingWorx features.
• Stay updated with Windchill developments and DoD software policies.
• Manage a small team of technical resources.
