Job summary

Lyntris is a defense technology company delivering sensing-to-action solutions across the battlespace. The Windchill Functional Architect will design, architect, test, and demonstrate Windchill solutions for US DoD customers within an advanced Software and Enterprise Solutions team.

The role requires 5–8 years of Windchill/ThingWorx experience, 3+ years as a process architect/analyst, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• PTC Windchill certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years with Windchill PLM & ThingWorx Navigate.
• Experience with Windchill v12 and ThingWorx v9.
• Ability to collaborate with PTC Support & R&D teams.
• Knowledge of Windchill System & Business Administration, including security configurations.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Windchill users and end users.
• Provide demos and evangelize capabilities to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions across enterprise tools.
• Estimate level of effort for Windchill/ThingWorx functionality.
• Design business processes spanning Windchill and ThingWorx implementations.
• Develop/configure Windchill/ThingWorx custom actions, reports, workflows.
• Support Windchill integration with other enterprise systems.
• Create technical documentation and provide user training.
