Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Windchill PLM professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of PLM solutions across multiple industries. This role combines strategic architectural thinking with hands-on leadership to ensure robust, scalable implementations aligned with client objectives.

You will lead Windchill design, oversee migrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor development staff while maintaining delivery timelines in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Windchill PLM development, configuration and leadership.
• Deep Windchill product expertise: PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, QMS.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and SQL.
• Experience with Windchill Bulk Migration and CAD integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM design and implementation across modules.
• Manage configuration, customization, and integration to meet needs.
• Oversee data migration and transformation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tech with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and enforce best practices on teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and transparency.
• Monitor progress and resolve challenges to meet delivery timelines.
