Vestas is seeking a Corrective Services Manager to ensure safe, profitable execution of wind turbine repairs across North America. You will hire and mentor 8–12 technicians, oversee tooling and procedures, and drive continuous improvements in safety and efficiency while coordinating multi-project activities.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Ability to build and develop a skilled team of technicians.
• Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; experience with repairs, tooling and procedures.

• Plan and coordinate turbine repair projects safely and profitably.
• Hire, train, and support 8–12 technicians within the regional area.
