Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• 4+ years of relevant technical experience; wind power generation preferred.
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and drawings, including one-line, three-line, hydraulic, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions to improve plant performance and reliability.
• Analyze SCADA data and event files to resolve issues.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX planning with technical input.
• Provide on-site project management during execution.
• Develop data analytical models for wind plant performance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports with root-cause analyses and payback evaluations.
