Job summary

Sentry Electrical Group is seeking Apprentice Electricians to join their Wind Construction division, working with experienced journeymen to repair and install electrical systems on renewable energy equipment across the United States.

Initial placement is in Iowa Falls, Iowa, with travel required nationwide. Safety and quality are emphasized, and overtime or flexible schedules are expected to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Understand schematic and connection drawings.
• Limited ability to run and bend conduit.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Knowledge of electrical codes.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repair, decommission, and/or install electrical systems on turbines or related equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces with safety protocols.
• Travel across the United States and accommodate overtime or variable schedules.
