Job summary

Sentry Electrical Group, Inc. is seeking WIND TECHNICIANS to perform wiring installation inside wind turbine towers on projects nationwide. This is a hands-on role with long days and a strong crew culture, offering full benefits and per diem for travel.

No wind experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and an apprenticeship pathway to advance your career, with opportunities across multiple turbine sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• No prior wind or renewable energy experience required.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to obtain a passport.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Climb inside wind turbine towers to install wiring
• Run, route, and secure cables per installation plans
• Connect and terminate wires at designated points
• Install conduit, grounding systems, and related hardware
• Support repower projects by installing new wiring
• Follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
• Collaborate with crew to hit daily milestones
• Travel to project sites nationwide with overtime
