Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrical certifications or technical training preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with overhead crane operation and crane certification required.
• Willingness to obtain electrical safety certifications.
• Familiarity with multimeters, crimping tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Pass a respiratory fit test if required.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000:2000 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
• Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
• Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet production benchmarks and support team objectives.
• Handle materials, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot electrical connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for process improvements.
• Assist mechanical assembly operators and support other production areas as needed.
