Job summary

GE Vernova is hiring for wind turbine blade production in a multi-shift environment. The role involves moulding, closing, trimming, finishing, and assembly of fiberglass blades at one production location.

Positions are full-time with hours including Days, Afternoon, and Nights. Pay ranges from $22.88 to $27.15 per hour, with a Mon-Fri schedule and multiple shift options to accommodate production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and read work instructions.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools; power tools may be required.

Responsibilities

• Moulding – lay fiberglass and other materials in wind turbine shell moulds.
• Closing – repair and prepare wind turbine shells and glue them together.
• Cut and Trim – Grind, scuff and apply fiberglass and chemicals.
• Finishing – Paint, matte, and sand blades.
• Assembly – Apply mounting equipment and customer specifications.
