Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to support a wind-energy transmission line project in Towner, Colorado. You will work onsite with the Owner’s Construction Management team, overseeing contractors and ensuring safe, high-quality, timely execution.

The role demands 3–5 years in electrical construction, experience as a superintendent, familiarity with 345 kV systems, and strong communication, coordination, and field problem-solving

Qualifications

3–5 years of electrical construction experience on wind/solar projects.
Experience as Electrical Superintendent or equivalent field oversight.
Knowledge of high-voltage transmission systems (345 kV) preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Owner’s Representative for electrical construction.
Oversee transmission-line contractors and monitor safety, quality, and schedule.
Review drawings, specs, plans, RFIs, and project docs.
Coordinate electrical activities with the Construction Management team.
Prepare daily field reports and progress documentation.
Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout.
Identify issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
