Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to support a wind-energy transmission line project in Towner, Colorado. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Superintendent to support a wind-energy transmission line project in Towner, Colorado.

This position will work directly alongside the Owner’s Construction Management team, overseeing contractors and monitoring electrical construction activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project execution.

Location / Schedule

• Onsite in Towner, Colorado
• 10-hour workdays

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s Representative for electrical construction activities
• Oversee contractors performing transmission-line construction
• Monitor contractor compliance with project boundaries, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Perform daily field observations and monitor construction progress
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, work plans, RFIs, and project documentation
• Coordinate electrical activities with the Construction Management team and other disciplines
• Identify construction issues and support timely resolution
• Prepare daily reports and document construction progress and field conditions
• Support inspections, punch-list completion, turnover, and project closeout

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of electrical construction experience
• Previous Electrical Superintendent or comparable field-oversight experience
• Wind or solar construction experience required
• Transmission-line construction experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with high-voltage transmission systems, including 345 kV infrastructure
• Knowledge of renewable-energy electrical equipment and construction activities
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and field problem-solving skills
• College degree not required; candidates with strong electrical-trade and field-construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply
