The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and must possess strong leadership capabilities, knowledge of OSHA standards, and the ability to manage multiple crews. You will be responsible for ensuring quality work, attending project meetings, and maintaining safety protocols. The role requires work in varying weather conditions and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of Transmission Construction experience (Foreman or Above).
• In-depth knowledge of applicable OSHA codes.
• Ability to direct multiple crews efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-construction meetings and assist in instituting construction plans.
• Accountable for quality of work according to specifications.
• Visit crews regularly to monitor safety, quality, and production.
