Job summary

Enel North America is seeking a Technician I to inspect, troubleshoot, install components, and repair wind turbines. You will review manuals and diagrams to determine tasks, tools, and parts needed, performing planned maintenance while assisting higher-level technicians to restore service.

Responsibilities include completing scheduled maintenance, testing components, recording inspections, and ensuring safety procedures. Willingness to travel and work at heights is required.

Qualifications

• High school completion and 1+ year's related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read manuals and schematics.
• Proficient with electrical test equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to maximize turbine generation.
• Install, test, maintain and troubleshoot minor components and assist with major components.
• Complete LOTO, JSA, and job documentation for safe maintenance.
• Support regional wind maintenance activities and QA/QC tasks.
• Collaborate with Technical Support for proactive repairs and report generation.
