Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Wind Technician II to inspect, troubleshoot, install, and repair wind turbine components at Drift Sand site in Rush Springs, Oklahoma.

You will follow manuals and schematics to determine tools, parts, and procedures, performing planned maintenance and assisting higher-level technicians. You will work on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, complete safety documentation, and support regional maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment and read schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the US and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to maximize turbine generation.
• Install, test and troubleshoot minor components and assist with major components.
• Complete Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), JSA, and job documentation for safe maintenance.
• Support QA/QC activities and inventory control as needed.
• Collaborate with Technical Support for proactive repairs and outages.
