Qualifications

• Minimum education: HS diploma or GED; technical certificate/degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a technical field or equivalent training required.
• Must be able to climb wind turbines up to 300 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and repairs on wind turbine power generation equipment.
• Conduct electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Maintain company equipment, facilities, and tooling.
• Apply quality improvement concepts and safety mentorship.
• Provide oversight to other personnel and support safety culture.
• Support site management with maintenance, reporting, and turbine availability.
