Job summary
EDF power solutions North America is seeking an entry-level technician to join our Windthorst, Texas wind farm team. You will assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance, testing, and repair of wind turbines and PV/energy storage systems.
The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and following EDF Core values during field operations. On-site work at Windthorst 2 wind farm; you will complete daily tasks, participate in required training, and support equipment installation under
Qualifications
- Completion of safety and technical training programs relevant to entry level technician duties.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to document tasks.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians with maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of wind turbines and PV/storage systems.
- Support equipment testing and data collection for performance analysis.
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with new equipment installations under supervision.
- Attend safety and technical training as required.
- Maintain company property and document completed jobs and work orders.
