You will participate in comprehensive training, use PPE and GWO-certified programs, and contribute to continuous improvements in performance.

Qualifications

• Wind technician certificate or wind turbine experience required.
• Proven mechanical or electrical background helpful.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and track task duration and efficiency.
• Provide accurate time coding for activities to support reporting.
