Requirements include a Wind Technician certificate or wind turbine experience, plus high school diploma and English fluency. Training, PPE, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate or 1 year of wind turbine experience or 2 years in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and safety-minded approach.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
