Vestas is hiring a Wind Site Technician to ensure reliable wind turbine operation, addressing maintenance and system issues. You will work with a team to keep communities powered and adhere to strict safety standards.

Training and PPE are provided, with potential for career growth within a global leader in wind energy. The role requires at least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical/electrical fields, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 6 months Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Must be able to work at heights and in varied conditions.
• English reading and following instructions required.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and track task duration and efficiency.
