The role requires Wind Technician certification or wind turbine experience, strong problem-solving abilities, safety orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in varied conditions. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Wind Technician certificate or 1 year wind turbine experience or 2 years in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
• Safety-conscious and committed to best practices.
• Able to work well with others and in collaborative environments.
• Physically fit and capable of heights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and continuously improve operational processes.
• Accurately time code all work activities to support tracking of task duration and efficiency.
