• Must speak/understand English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines with the team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and suggest improvements to instructions and processes.
• Mentor junior technicians and support specialty projects.
